"We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Carolina tides. The property was very clean when we arrived, the condo is well stocked with utensils and essentials, and very comfortable. The location across from the pier was outstanding for easy beach access and we really appreciated the included parking. Linens and towels were provided, a nice feature given that not all properties provide them. We were on the beach in less than three minutes. We’ve had some very good vrbo hosts in the past but Eric is one of the best. He immediately responded to our questions before arrival, provided a comprehensive information sheet about the property and guidelines and checked in with us by text during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our visit. The whole process of checking in was so easy with his guidance"

"Fifth bedroom was not attached to the rest of the house. You had to go outside to access it so it wasn't a good option for my kids as they lacked supervision. The room was musty and right next to the outdoor pool. Not safe for kids to be down there alone as a bedroom. Should've been disclosed. The house cleanliness was lacking overall. Otherwise the house was ok. The bedspreads were too thin. "
