Property was great value and conveniently located, however one of the lifts was out of order during our stay. This meant there was only one lift for the whole property and you had to wait a while for it to arrive before squeezing in. Would stay at the property again though as we really enjoyed our stay overall.

I had the perfect stay at Wayfinder Waikiki! If you are on the fence about whether you should book this hotel… DO IT! The staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing. The poolside lounge and bar area is super relaxing for days where you just need to lounge around. Super convenient walk to the beach and restaurants. I definitely recommend.

This was absolutely phenomenal. We stayed at the Sheraton the night before for $700 and preferred this room. Obviously it’s not a 5 star property but it really seems like it, the free snacks and wine, all the gorgeous wood in the elevators rooms and property, nice pool fun bartenders….. good valet.. literally no complaints. Highly recommend. Only downside is no view of the beach but after being on the beach all week we didn’t mind the city and canal view

Nice hotel, delay getting into our room on arrival as we arrived early on an overnight flight. No attempt at getting a room ready earlier than 3 pm. I had to ask for the bottle of wine, we recieved it the last night of our stay which was nice. Pool & hot tub area was nice as was the pool bar and restaurant. Nice staff. Comfortable bed, clean and quirky room. Cafe was good for breakfast but not included. Only one lift operating which was ok but during busy periods there was a shortish wait. All in we enjoyed our stay.

I like the hotel the property service downstairs at the restaurant could’ve been a little better. The only disappointing part was no microwave or coffee pot in the rooms. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there very much friendly staff very friendly staff outstanding.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Wayfinder for 10 days. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful in our transition between rooms (we booked two seperate categories) and made it seemless. In our second room, a penthouse suite, staff helped with the noise from the elevators. Sue to the room design, and age of elevators, there was not much that could be done. However, the hotel kindly offered to transfer us to a different room and gave us complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay. The penthouse suite was well appointed and had an amazing patio with ocean views. The only downside was the noise from the elevators. For those who are not bothered by a noisier room, or not traveling with young children, the suite is a good option. For those who would prefer a quieter room or traveling with younger children, we highly recommend the pool house rooms for their quiet location, spaciousness and proximity to the pool. We plan on coming back!
