I can not say enough great things about the Prince Waikiki. Ken helped get us checked in and made the process so easy. Matt took our luggage and took it up to our room for us. We did eat at the on-site restaurant, 100 Sails. The rood was great. Devon and John were amazing the entire time. Our flight was leaving out later in the evening and the hotel kept our luggage for us while we went out for the day. Jessica at the luggage desk was super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel in Waikiki, I would highly recommend staying at the Prince Waikiki.

Great hotel in a really good location, although the marina outside the front entrance could do with some maintenance and a deep clean, but ultimately that’s not the hotel’s responsibility. Nice rooms and the club was a great option

I had a wonderful time at this hotel but when I arrived there was a used hand towel in the bathroom counter and hair piled on the floor in a corner of the bathroom. Beautiful room and views but that was my initial reaction to my stay. I’m sure it was a honest mistake but it didn’t please me upon arrival. Beyond that, staff and restaurants were amazing. I enjoyed my final dinner and drink with an off duty mixologist and she was super sweet! I would definitely start again.

Hotel was ok, you’re actually paying for a nice view. The overall property is just a bit above average, extremely overpriced. The resort fees are a total rip off; pool side bar staff aggressively try to push you into buying items. Overall the hotel is about a 7 out of 10. Not bad but way overpriced. There were no instructions on what to do when you paid for parking and the lot is full, we had to go on line at the front desk to ask, that was a 30 mins wait on line, the valet staff was friendly, but the wait for them to get the car was approx 15 min. Remote for the TV was broken, the rooms were cleaned between 9 and 2 pm, so if you went to the pool and came back in the afternoon at 2 pm, you may still see the room the same way you left it, and while you are in the bathroom washing up, the cleaning staff may be coming into the room.
