The room was absolutely perfect—far beyond what I expected! I loved waking up each morning to the beautiful view right from the bed. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, even including a blender, which made it easy to prepare anything we wanted. While the balcony was a bit cozy with the extra chairs and table, we still enjoyed spending time out there taking in the scenery. The location was very convenient, with a couple of stores and some nice restaurants within walking distance. The wine tasting was a simple yet pleasant experience, featuring a few wines paired with cheese and crackers, and the entertainment was fantastic—especially considering it was complimentary!

Inside is beautiful, having a restaurant on site would be amazing. It’s on the edge of a sketchy neighbourhood and after 9 I wouldn’t bring kids outside. Staff was incredible

Very tired looking hotel. Extremely uncomfortably small bed. Probably an old mattress. Probably a nice hotel 20+ years ago. Goods points are location close to Waikiki beach and friendly staff. However, with the cost of the room plus all the extras ie resort fees, parking etc I believe there are better places.

Felt very stingy and mean, perhaps it is supposed to be an ultra budget hotel but they do not market it as such. No room clean possible unless you are staying for at least 5 days, yet they ask for a huge daily resort fee. Not even a small bottle of complimentary water during stay. It felt so stingy throughout, the attitude of the hotel resort was like that of an ultra low cost airline. The men at valet were friendly and helpful. Sadly front desk staff were very robotic and cold. Did not feel at all valued as a guest, and not allowing cleaning after 3 days is ridiculous for a hotel with high resort fees.

It was so bad we walked into the lobby and walked out and got a different hotel, Expedia wouldnt help us out but either way it was and is DISGUSTING

Nice view of Kalakaua St and the ocean. Nice walk through Fort de Russy next door to the beach. Convenient bus stop across the street. Wish there was a jacuzzi.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located by a beautiful park and a short walk to beach and the main drag. Enjoyed the wine and cheese get-together with music and traditional dance. Pool area was nice although small. Worth the price and would stay again.

Stayed here this week for 5 days. Hotel is on Kalakaua ave, so you’re a 5 min walk away from the beaches, restaurants are as close as outside the hotel. There’s a gas station next to the property for convenience items, and an ABC store across the road. Police cars are always parked in a lot next to the gas station, so super safe! There’s a food truck lot one block left from across the street. Fort Derussy park is next to the property that leads to the beach. Waikiki shopping center, International Marketplace, Royal Hawaiian are all 3-5 mins walk away. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. My room was at 15th floor with a partial ocean view. What I really liked was that although it was right next to all the cool spots on the Kalakaua ave, it was just in the sweet spot to avoid the crowds of Waikiki beach. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. They allowed us a very early check in and a very late checkout. We only had to pay day rates which were very reasonable.
