Great location and ok stay. We hit 2 dongle beds instead of 2 doubles but we didn’t complain as we arrived around midnight and were exhausted. Basic hotel but was good for 1 night . AC was lovely. Night staff that checked us in wasn’t the friendliest or warm but checked us in.

The air conditioning was the best part. Water stains in the lots of the carpet areas. There was a leak above our shower during and long after we ran the shower. Have video proof. The water fixtures were old and very oxidized. The “2 room suite” was a 1 bedroom suite with an adjoining second room where the double connector door was very in the way. Hotel is just extremely dated and for the money, newer ones are available.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that somewhat affected the comfort of my visit: 1. There were cockroaches in the room: one large cockroach (about 5 cm) and several smaller ones. 2. There was an unpleasant sewage-like odor in the room, coming from openings in the cabinet and near the stove; I temporarily blocked them with tissues to reduce the smell. 3. The carpet was noticeably dirty, causing my feet to become soiled quickly, and slippers were not provided. 4. The window and bathroom required more thorough cleaning: there was mold and stains on the joints and corners, and the showerhead and door were quite dirty; I was able to clean part of the dirt on the door with a wet wipe, which indicates that the dirt is removable and not simply signs of normal wear. 5. The refrigerator and the area around it had leftover food and visible dirt. 6. The stove had a significant layer of grime and burnt residue, and an unpleasant smell came from inside it. 7. The fan was dusty, and the lamp had noticeable stains. 8. The hinge on the dresser door was broken, and the wardrobe rails needed repair, which I had to address myself. 9. Shampoo and conditioner wer

Every surface of the room is dirty or damaged. A roach came out of the drain, and the walls are so thin that I could hear every word, cough, and spit of my neighbors.

I booked 4 person one room in the booking said 1 king size bed and sofa bed and I got 2 single bed and very very dirty very old sofa bed no bed sheet, no blanket. When I asked blanket they give me just very dirty blanket without cover it is was very bad. Carpet is old and dirty 4 days one time they come in clean. Very bad WI FI, no TV curtain is dirty it is very bad management need upgrade. Wall no insulation you can hear next door who snoring and sneezing it was other problem night cannot sleep well. Staff friendly location is good

Super old hotel down a laneway with loud music coming from a night club next door. We got a suite to accommodate the family but because of lack of renovations and upkeep the rooms were musty and bathrooms had flies living in them. While showering the ceiling leaked from an old panel with calcium crust around it. Honestly I would have forfeited the $500 if there were other options available. Because this was over the holidays, the only options were $1600-$22,000 rooms left. I would have stayed an hour outside of Waikiki. I also did not complain the thr from desk as I knew there were no options available. I also did not notify the desk of the flies as they would have just sent up a maintenance person to spray the bathrooms with pest control. We ended up leaving all the windows and patio doors open.

Room was great; hotel was noisy (yelling from both the street and inside the hotel), other guests left full trash bins in the hallway (we’ve seen this with this hotel before). VERY limited parking, told by man at counter to “try” to find street parking, found 1 cost $50 for overnight.
