This is our 2nd time staying at the Embassy Suites. Overall - we really enjoy it when we stay. Breakfast is convenient, wonderful location, good sized rooms, and evening cocktail reception is nice. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The staff are mostly really friendly and helpful. Pool area is great for kids. Great food from the pool bar too! The pool area needs more umbrellas (or more shade options that aren’t for hire). A great family hotel but I would suggest looking elsewhere if you don’t have kids.

Great location. Lots to do around the hotel. Lots of shopping and dining options. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Staff friendly. Buffet breakfast had lots of options and good quality for the amount of people they were serving. Busy for breakfast, but able to get food quickly. Night reception snacks were just ok, but nice to snack on while playing games. Non alcoholic drink options were minimal, but the bartenders were good and the alcoholic drinks were good.

Breakfast bugget was delicious. They had a variety of options and everything was good and fresh. Their fruit and omelette were the best! Shout out to my cleaning lady Yuet Chun, she was amazing!!!! She made sure we were well taken care of and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She even gave us advice on what beaches to go to for the little ones. I mean, all around I loved it all!! We used the pool a couple times only because we had so many things planned. Very kid friendly. A bit small but perfect because like I said, we had things planned. They were open late as well. Also, parking was $60 daily and we couldn’t park there because we rented a 9 1/2 foot tall van so we had to park across the street. Which worked out to our favor because we ended up paying for the whole month $250!!! Rather than $65 a day x 7 would have been $455. So I ended up saving. The walk wasn’t too far either to get to. Loved my experience. Did excursions and my recommendation is to shop around!!!! Do not to with the first option because chances the hotel reception area will beat their prices (which they did) and gave us a killer deal. I would definitely go back. Loved it here.

The breakfast was great! We were on the 15th floor; we had a partial ocean view. We were able to see the city. The view was spectacular!

Everything was excellent except the happy hour you had to wait forever in line for a drink as there was only 1 bartender. The snacks have really gone down hill the last few years. No chips and salsa and only vegetables. I guess that is great if you are vegan. We have been coming for years and notice the big change.

This is such a great spot for families! The breakfast and nightly happy hours are icing on the cake. It’s located in the heart of Waikiki so you can walk to countless restaurants, beaches, and fun spots to explore. It’s also a short Uber ride to nearby spots and adventures. Be sure to try the coffee and treats at Big Dave’s Surf & Coffee (on the Lobby floor of the Hula Tower) We will definitely be back!
