The fees that came with it kind of made me angry. The room was pretty decent. The balcony view was nice. The location was great. The parking garage is super tight and alot of the spaces were reserved.

My wife and I stayed at Aqua Palms Waikiki for our honeymoon, and the experience turned out to be absolutely wonderful. When we first arrived, we were placed in a room with two separate beds, which wasn’t ideal for a honeymoon. However, this was quickly turned around thanks to the incredible help of the receptionist, Kasey. She went above and beyond to help us move into an amazing room with a king-size bed and a stunning view of both the city and the ocean. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference and set the tone for our entire stay. Later that same day, after moving into the new room, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gift from the hotel — champagne and delicious Hawaiian chocolate. It was such a warm and touching gesture that made us feel truly welcomed and celebrated as honeymooners. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient — close to Waikiki attractions, beaches, and dining, yet peaceful and comfortable. The rooms themselves are cozy, clean, and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. We are deeply grateful to the Aqua Palms Waikiki team for their hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent service. After finding mold growing on the ceiling in our room, they asked if i wanted to make a complaint and then had to get approval to switch our room. Our sheets were dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned after the last guest, and they weren't willing to work with us. This being the 3rd time we've stayed here and this will definitely be the last.

I picked this hotel based on reviews, for a quick 1 night stay before heading to North Shore. I would not recommend this place. There was a dead/smashed cockroach on TV as we checked in, bathroom was dingy including mirrors not cleaned well. We had balcony view of an apartment that had trash in the back. Outdated hotel.

Solo female traveller. Room was clean, staff was friendly and location was great. Paid for parking for my whole trip and had no problem finding a spot. Fills up quickly later in the day, so try to be back to the hotel by 3:30-5:30pm to secure parking. There are a lot of homeless people near the hotel and in Waikīkī in general. You will find them even at the most expensive resorts and on the hotel beaches. This is common for the area and they are generally harmless. This place is definitely the best bang for your buck in Waikīkī.

Our room was clean but the floor we were on had cardboard taped to the floor like for construction but there was no construction. A lady that got iff the floor with us stated it had been this way for a long time and she hasnt see any construction.
