Everything was great. If you’re looking for a traditional Bali experience I recommend going to another area. It is a five star experience nothing is missing it’s just a generic holiday resort. It was a beautiful place though and the beach was clean.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful from check in to check out! They made the two weeks very enjoyable! The main restaurant Garding is excellent and catered for Europeans, Aussies, Kiwis and all of Asia. I enjoyed the Indonesian food very much! The pools were awesome, clean, no chlorine smell and didn‘t hurt my sensitive skin. A wonderful way to get cooler! Really enjoyed this Hotel and would come again. Great for young families!

Room and staff especially were amazing, everyone was so kind and breakfast was great! Hotel had many facilities with concierge too; we requested for a concierge to take us to Ubud and drive us to the different places we were interested in seeing, at a great price. Would recommend this resort!!
