Beautiful place and very clean—definitely feels like a newer hotel. The buffet was okay, and the staff were polite, but they could be more knowledgeable about the surrounding area, which is important for international visitors. The bed, though… super hard, felt like sleeping on a table.

Staff was excellent. Location was great. The hotel was very clean with excellent amenities. The staff really took care of me and we’re really attentive.. They made me feel special on my birthday. The only downside is that I expected it to be a beachfront property, but a shuttle was required to reach the beach. The property photos were extremely misleading. That was disappointing.

Room was spotless and 10/10. However it’s not a resort and there’s no connected beach. It’s a simple hotel that does the job. If you want a luxury stay then stay at one of the beach facing hotels. But otherwise for 2-3 nights it’s fine. Toilets modern best water pressure in Bali.

Ended up at the Hilton Garden Inn unexpectedly and from the time we walked in it was just spectacular. The staff were so accommodating to every and any request. The rooms were super spacious aswell, comfy bed, large tv for downtime. My favourite part though was the ability of the staff to adjust during Nyepi (Silent Day), there were multiple times I saw staff not being treated nicely by other guests and they handled themselves with such grace and understanding when they didn’t need to. I will be coming back to this property. The only note I have is that I think an experienced bartender is needed, some of the cocktails were undrinkable e.g the Martini was just straight alcohol, they staff at the bar though were super nice and understood the concerns. Buffet breakfast was above average, would be exceptional if hash browns were added lol.

J’avais réservé 2 nuits et ma 1ere nuit a été très bruyante car elle donnait vers la rue donc je n’ai pas très bien dormi J’ai demandé le lendemain matin de changer de changer du cote de la piscine , chose qui a été acceptée par le manager sans supplément Le personnel est très agréable , le buffet du matin est très acceptable pour un buffet à Bali Ras sur le confort de la chambre avec un point spécial sur la douche et sa simplicité avec les 2 boutons
