Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
MINUS 10 STARS!! Went from bad to worse from the time we arrived. From having a mess in 1 room since they were building a bed, no toiletries at all as mentioned, Water was not working properly; lights went off in 1 room and the ac and water not working in another. Then went in total darkness with no back-up generator available and we were told it happens all the time. Staff was hard to find even with a 'reception' area. All around a horrible experience. Plus, we forgot to take 1 item when we left and when we went back they lied about not finding it. Make sure you make the most of your trip and stay next door at the Cocolala. You will not regret it!
