Tiene una terraza amplia en la parte baja y en la parte alta un balcón en la recamara principal. Ubicado entre Hotel Ríu Palace-RiuJalisco.

Ofrece una zona de playa privada, vista al mar, 3 albercas (una alberca de playa). Cerca de buenos restaurantes, campos de golf, excursiones, centro comercial, deportes acuáticos y mucho más.
