The security guards didn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate. Ana the Property Manager didn’t reply to our txt messages. For a 12 day stay, we only had one towel each, only two small rolls of toilet paper, there wasn’t enough blankets so we needed to use a towel to sleep at night, the room was very dusty and the black binder that was left in the room as a guide for the location was 10 years out of date and of no help. Thanks to other tourists, we found out where the grocery store and local restaurants were. All the pools were too cold to swim in. Overall nice area for morning walks but we won’t stay here again.

BEST KEPT SECRET

I did travel in the low season (July) but have also travelled to the same location in high season and it was still relatively quiet. Private pool is what sold me, but the condo itself has all you need. I travelled solo , but there is more than enough room for 2 people + 1 child. If you love cats, you will have many new friends, but if you do not feed them they will not bother you! * Only note the on site open air restaurant is closed during low season.

Unit was great for my vacation. It was close to Paradise Village and I was traveling with a group that was in the area so we were all close. The staff at Vacasa were the best and I had no issues. Will probably book with them again.

Beautiful pools

Lovely spot, amazing pool area. Condo was clean but missing a few essentials which were produced when requested. FYI , There are a group of feral cats that enter the patio, but this has nothing to do with property owner. The Palapa on site restaurant and bar is an excellent family run business, 4-5 happy hour. Thanks
