Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km | 7.5 miles from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

Other Things to Note:
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 24 kW are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.

Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.

Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
