The Space:

Step outside with coffee in hand, feel the coastal breeze, and ease into unhurried days shaped by beach access and time spent by the pool. Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo accommodates up to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. A sofa provides an additional sleeping option. Thoughtful touches like room-darkening shades, cotton linens, air conditioning, and a mosquito net help create a restful environment, while a safe and closet storage make it easy to settle in. Family-friendly features include a pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children’s books and toys, and board games.



Outdoor living

A private patio or balcony offers a comfortable spot to take in the garden view and coastal atmosphere. Outdoor furniture, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area invite time outside, while the outdoor kitchen makes open-air meals easy. The private backyard - fully fenced - adds extra space to unwind, and the outdoor shower is ideal after time at the beach.

The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, paired with a dining table for shared gatherings. Whether cooking indoors or using the outdoor kitchen, the setup supports both relaxed mornings and casual evenings.

The home is a single level with no stairs in the unit, and the building includes an elevator. You’ll have a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, free street parking, wifi, and free washer and free dryer in unit. Self check-in is supported by building staff, with someone available 24 hours a day to assist with entry. Central air conditioning and heating help maintain comfort year-round.

Set in Flamingos near Nuevo Vallarta, the area is known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere and easy access to the shoreline. Waterfront positioning with beach access makes it simple to move between quiet moments at home and time by the water.

Here are some points to take into account:



1) The apartment has a guest capacity. The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally. The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _5_ people, being guest number _5_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.
