The Space:

The deep blue of Banderas Bay fills the view from your balcony before you've had your first coffee. Out here on the Pacific coast of Nuevo Vallarta, the days are warm, the air carries salt, and the pace slows down to match the rhythm of the water. This condo is built for groups and families who want genuine beach access, room to breathe, and a well-equipped home to come back to at the end of the day.

 

The condo

Set on a single level with elevator access, the condo welcomes up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A private entrance with keypad self check-in means your arrival is seamless and completely on your schedule. There are no internal stairs, making the layout particularly convenient for families with young children or anyone who prefers step-free living.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The three bedrooms are arranged across 5 beds to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Room-darkening shades keep mornings as lazy as you want them, and each room is stocked with cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and a closet with hangers for proper unpacking.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils for outdoor grilling. A dining table seats the whole group, and a pack 'n play, children's dinnerware, and children's books and toys make this a genuinely family-ready space. Please note: oil, salt and pepper are not currently stocked in this unit.

 

Outdoor living

Your private patio or balcony comes furnished with outdoor seating and a hammock - a natural spot for slow mornings and unhurried evenings. The BBQ grill is ready for al fresco dinners, and the beach kit is already packed: towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all included. Bikes and a kayak are available for guests who want to explore the coastline at their own pace.

 

Pool & beach

The shared outdoor pool is heated and open year-round - a reliable cool-down whether you're fresh off the beach or just back from a kayak. Shared beach access puts the sand and the bay within easy reach, and paid resort access is available if you'd like to extend your options during the stay. Banderas Bay is never far.

 

Comfort & connectivity

Central air conditioning keeps the condo comfortable through warm coastal days. Wifi and a TV are available throughout, and a dedicated workspace with a door gives anyone who needs to log on a quiet place to do it. A free in-unit washer handles the practicalities, and luggage drop-off is available for guests arriving early or departing late. Window guards are fitted for added peace of mind for families.

 

Parking

Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, subject to availability. This unit does not have a dedicated space within the building, but a nearby option can be arranged - just let us know in advance if you'll have a car.

 

The neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta runs along one of Mexico's most welcoming stretches of Pacific coastline, where miles of accessible shoreline meet a warm, humid-tropical climate that hovers around 28°C year-round. The pace here is built around sun and sea - easy days on the water, fresh seafood in the evening, and long sunsets over the bay. Whether you're here for the beaches, the water sports, or simply the warmth, the setting delivers without effort.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no.__6__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.





-No guests allowed



-Pets are not allowed



-No change of linens during your stay.



-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
