Sleeping arrangements

This single level home accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, with 3 baths for added convenience. Thoughtful touches like cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and dedicated clothing storage help create a restful and organized stay from the moment you arrive.



Living space

Inside, central air conditioning offers a refreshing retreat after time outdoors, while Wifi and a TV provide entertainment and connection when you need it. A private entrance allows you to come and go easily, and self check-in is supported by building staff available 24 hours a day.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a comfortable space for preparing meals at your own pace, whether starting the day with breakfast or enjoying something cool indoors. A dining table creates a natural gathering spot for shared meals and relaxed conversation.

Nuevo Vallarta stretches along an expansive Pacific coastline known for its accessible beaches and relaxed pace. Days here unfold naturally - whether spent by the water, exploring the shoreline, or simply taking in the changing colors of the sky from your balcony.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._6_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
