The Space:

Soft ocean breezes drift in from Banderas Bay as you step onto your private patio or balcony, the shoreline just moments away. Mornings unfold in the gentle coastal light, and evenings bring warm air and the sound of waves settling into the night. In Nuevo Vallarta’s humid-tropical climate, the rhythm of each day is shaped by the constant presence of the water.



Sleeping arrangements

This single level home accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 baths. Room-darkening shades and cotton linens help create a restful retreat, while clothing storage keeps everything organized throughout your stay.



Living space

Inside, central air conditioning provides a comfortable place to unwind after time outdoors. A TV and Wifi offer simple entertainment and connection, and the private entrance and self check-in make coming and going easy. Building staff are available 24 hours a day to assist with arrival.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers a space where you can prepare your own meals, whether blending something cool to enjoy outside or cooking before heading to the beach. A dining table brings guests together for shared meals and conversation.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Waterfront surroundings place you right next to a body of water, with shared beach access nearby. The building features an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, and a shared gym in building, along with resort access to nearby facilities. The private patio or balcony and outdoor dining area give you a quiet spot to enjoy the coastal air at any time of day.



Practical comforts

Free parking garage on premises, an elevator with accessible dimensions, and the ease of a single level home add convenience to your stay. Long term stays are allowed for visits of 28 days or more.



Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta stretches along scenic coastal areas of the Mexican Pacific, known for its accessible beaches and warm air. Days can be spent on the sand, by the pool, or simply taking in the shifting colors of the sky from your balcony as the coastline shapes the pace of your time here.



Here are some points to take into account:

1) The apartment has a guest capacity.



The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally.

The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _7_ people, being guest number _7_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._6_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
