The Space:

Pacific light filters through your balcony doors each morning, the garden stretching out below and the waterfront just beyond. This is Nuevo Vallarta at its most unhurried.



The space

Set within the Aria Ocean complex, this entire rental unit welcomes up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bath. The single-level layout means no stairs to navigate inside, and an elevator serves the building for easy access throughout. A private entrance and keypad self check-in put arrivals entirely on your terms - no coordination required, no waiting around.



Outdoor living

Step out onto your private patio or balcony, furnished for lounging or open-air dining with garden views framing the scene. The property sits in a waterfront location with shared beach access, keeping the ocean within easy reach whenever the mood strikes. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool and resort access, rounding out the options for a full day spent outside without ever needing to venture far.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals - refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, blender, and a drip coffee maker are all on hand. Dishes and silverware are provided, and the dining table gives everyone a comfortable place to gather, whether that's for a proper sit-down dinner or just a quiet morning coffee before the day begins.



Comfort & connectivity

Central air conditioning keeps the space cool through the heat of the day, and hot water is ready in the bathroom after time on the beach. The TV is available for downtime, and Wifi keeps you connected whenever you need it. Bed linens and cotton linens are provided, and there's a closet for clothing storage. A paid crib is available if needed.



Parking & practical details

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are both available. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests arriving early or departing late. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, making this a practical base for an extended time on the coast.



Location

Nuevo Vallarta sits along Banderas Bay in the Riviera Nayarit, known for its accessible beaches, calm waters, and a laid-back pace that suits both short breaks and longer stays. The humid-tropical climate keeps conditions warm and consistent - ideal for anyone drawn to the Mexican Pacific coast and everything it offers.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



--IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
