The Space:

Golden sunsets stretch across the Pacific as you step onto your patio or balcony, the air carrying a soft ocean breeze. Mornings begin with coffee overlooking garden views, while afternoons drift between the beach and the pool. Evenings settle in easily, with open skies and the gentle rhythm of coastal living shaping each moment.



The condo is set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in Flamingos and accommodates up to 9 guests across four bedrooms with five beds and 2.5 baths. The layout offers space to gather as well as quiet corners to unwind. Air conditioning, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace support both relaxation and remote work, while self check-in and 24-hour building staff help ensure a smooth arrival.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and five beds provide flexibility for groups of up to 9 guests. The maximum capacity includes adults, children, and babies in accordance with condominium rules, with the ninth guest required to be a minor under 15 years old.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen and dining table make it easy to prepare meals at home and share them together. Whether it’s a simple breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner after a day by the water, the space is designed for comfortable, everyday living.



Outdoor living & amenities

Beach access invites you to spend time along the shore, while the outdoor pool offers a refreshing alternative throughout the day between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. A patio or balcony and backyard create additional outdoor space to relax, with outdoor furniture, a hammock, and a BBQ grill for easy afternoons and evenings outside. Guests also have access to resort facilities, along with a gym, hot tub, sauna, and elevator access within the building.



Family-friendly features

Traveling with children is made easier with a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, and window guards. Indoor and outdoor play areas, including a children’s playroom and playground, offer space for younger guests to enjoy their stay.



Comfort & convenience

The condo includes a washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and thoughtful features like room-darkening shades and clothing storage to support longer stays. Entertainment options include a TV, ping pong table, and pool table, while bikes and a kayak offer additional ways to explore the surroundings. Beach essentials are also available for days by the water.



Here, each day moves at your own pace - from quiet mornings with garden views to afternoons by the beach and evenings shaped by the coastal air of Nuevo Vallarta.



Here are some points to take into account:



1) The apartment has a guest capacity.

The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally.

The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _9_ people, being guest number _9_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.





-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._4_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
