Three bedrooms offer comfortable options for families or small groups, with 5 beds spread across the space to sleep up to 6 guests. Clothing storage with a closet in each room keeps things organized whether you're here for a long weekend or an extended coastal stay.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is well set up for cooking at home - a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses give you everything you need for meals at your own pace. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a shared breakfast before heading out, or wind down over a relaxed dinner after a day on the beach.



Outdoor living

Step out onto your private patio or balcony, where outdoor furniture invites you to sit and take in the warm Nuevo Vallarta air. A backyard area adds open-air space to spread out, and the outdoor pool is close by for a swim between outings. Shared beach access puts the sand and sea within easy reach, and paid resort access gives you the option to enjoy additional nearby facilities.



Comfort & convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the condo cool throughout your stay, and Wifi and a TV mean you're connected and entertained whenever you need to be. A free washer in unit is a welcome convenience for beach days and longer visits. A bathtub offers a relaxing way to wind down, and the carbon monoxide and smoke alarms provide peace of mind. Free parking in the garage on premises and free street parking make coming and going straightforward.



Location

Nuevo Vallarta sits along the Pacific coast of Banderas Bay, with miles of accessible shoreline and a warm, humid-tropical climate year-round. Average temperatures around 28°C mean the water and the beach are always within reach - whether you're here for a few days of sun or a longer stay along the coast.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no.__6__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.





-No guests allowed



-Pets are not allowed



-No change of linens during your stay.



-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
