Soft light filters through the space as you step onto the private balcony or patio, where the gentle coastal air moves in from the nearby water. Mornings can unfold slowly with ocean sounds in the distance, while afternoons invite you to wander toward the shared beach access or pause by the outdoor pool. The rhythm here stays steady and warm throughout the year, shaped by the tropical climate of Nuevo Vallarta.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms are designed to support up to four guests, offering three beds with bed linens, cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and closet storage. A paid crib is available for those traveling with infants, allowing families to settle in with ease.



Living spaces

This single level home sits within the Aria Ocean condominium and is accessible by elevator, with no stairs inside the unit. Parking, access, and other details

Long term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, with no mid-stay service included. Electricity consumption is included up to a set kilowatt allowance determined by season and unit size, with excess usage charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. Total occupancy may not exceed four guests, and pets or unregistered visitors are not permitted. Nearby daytime construction noise may occur, reflecting the ongoing development in Nuevo Vallarta.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._8_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
