The Space:

Soft light filters through the space as you step onto the private balcony or patio, where the gentle coastal air moves in from the nearby water. Mornings can unfold slowly with ocean sounds in the distance, while afternoons invite you to wander toward the shared beach access or pause by the outdoor pool. The rhythm here stays steady and warm throughout the year, shaped by the tropical climate of Nuevo Vallarta.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms are designed to support up to four guests, offering three beds with bed linens, cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and closet storage. A paid crib is available for those traveling with infants, allowing families to settle in with ease.



Living spaces

This single level home sits within the Aria Ocean condominium and is accessible by elevator, with no stairs inside the unit. Natural light moves through the living area, supported by central air conditioning that keeps the space comfortable in the warm, coastal environment. Wifi and Smart TVs provide connection and downtime between beach visits and relaxing moments outdoors. A free washer and free dryer in the unit add convenience to longer stays.



Kitchen and dining

A kitchen is available for preparing meals with space to cook and a dining table for gathering. Items such as oil, salt, and pepper are not provided, even if they appear elsewhere in the listing, though guests can expect the essentials noted in the amenities. The layout makes it simple to prepare meals at your own pace before spending more time by the water.



Outdoor living and shared amenities

Time outdoors can be spent on the private patio or balcony furnished for unwinding, or in the shared outdoor pool and common areas maintained by the condominium. Sun loungers offer additional space to rest, and the waterfront location provides easy access to a nearby beach. The environment is tropical, and while the grounds are cared for routinely, occasional insects may appear, with fumigation performed before and after each reservation.



Parking, access, and other details

Free parking garage access and free street parking are available, subject to availability. Self check-in is offered through a keypad for a smooth arrival. Long term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, with no mid-stay service included. Electricity consumption is included up to a set kilowatt allowance determined by season and unit size, with excess usage charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. Total occupancy may not exceed four guests, and pets or unregistered visitors are not permitted. Nearby daytime construction noise may occur, reflecting the ongoing development in Nuevo Vallarta.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._8_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
