Fun Weekend

Had a great time with some friends for a weekend. Clean place with AC/Indoor Fireplace, amazing lake, good firepit!Only reason I couldn't go 5 stars is the watercrafts provided were all face up in the water and nearly full of water. I'm an avid paddler so luckily I brought my own, but had I planned on using theirs it would have been an awful experience getting them going especially without water shoes.

Amazing memories

This place is superbe! Our family celebrated New Years Eve there and we all just loved it! We got unlucky with the weather to enjoy the outdoors, but took full advantage of everything the chalet has to offer! The place is clean, cozy, quaint and well maintained! The view of the lake and the mountains from all around the house is breathtaking! We really enjoyed our time there, entertaining with board games, making delicious food with fully equiped kitchen and catching up on good movies! Simply, soaking up the relaxation and the ambience of the place. This place is definitely going on our list of preferred places to stay! Merci a Vincent for his hospitality and attentiveness! Highly recommend staying here and we will be coming back!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous voulions des commodités comme le Wi-Fi et l’air climatisé et tout a parfaitement fonctionné. L’endroit est très tranquille et bien aménagé pour en profiter au max. C’est un chalet à découvrir.

Made great memories

Overall we were very happy with out stay at "the chalet with memories" and really enjoyed being off the grid. The space is great for a family of 4, the kitchen is well equipped and there are games, boats, lots of good reading spots, out- and indoor fire place with lots of wood and even a TV. There is a large bear skin on one of the walls which really scared our 2 year old. It was too high up for us to take down so that took a little bit of getting used to. The other drawback was that we could not go swimming directly from the dock. The water was very shallow at the dock and there was a lot of reed. Somehow the kids decided to not like mud. So we could only go swimming off the boat. There is a beach somewhat close by, but it is a bit of a drive over the unpaved road leading to the cabin. Finally, there was quite a bit of dog hair around, especially on the porch. It may have been from a previous guest. I would still recommend the place, especially if you are looking to relax, fish, and read.
