I was in a room with no hot water in the shower. The front desk kindly moved me to another room because she thought it would take awhile for the water to warm after repair. Actually I saw the repairman and it was the knob itself that was adjusted to not turn to hot. It was pouring rain and I only had heels so switching rooms was a pain. The second room didn't have hot water in the shower either. The sink had hot water only if you turned on the cold (the handle was backwards). Then there was a hole in the window curtain right at eye level. I told the manager and Hotels.com about these things and really felt like at least the second night should have been free - you can't go on a 3-day business trip and not take a shower. The manager offered $30. Breakfast was excellent and the night staff are nice, but I wouldn't go back.

The shower didn’t work and the breakfast wasn’t kept stocked. If stocked there was a nice variety of food. The room was clean and the staff was friendly I felt safe in the area walking to and from the metro station
