I person named John was helpful. Reason to NOT stay at this location Bathroom sink barely attached to the wall. TV and internet was hardly working with no consistency and they want you to PAY for a better connection. Finding your room is impossible b/c the glare from the lights outside prevent you from seeing the numbers. They don’t have a paper map to give you at check-in which would be helpful. My family stayed in this location when it first opened and it was great. It is a real disappointment to see how bad and neglected it has become.
