Spectacular 3BR, 1 BA pet-friendly first floor home only 2 blocks from the beach! Private entrance opens into the large eat in kitchen which is next to the spacious living room featuring a 55inch flat screen tv and reclining sofa and love-seat. Each of the well adorned bedrooms contains brand new furniture and bedding as well as 32inch flat screen tvs. Wall ac's and Wifi and cable television is provided throughout the house. Come and visit with us and make your vacation dreams come true this summer; we'll even provide the beach chairs, and boogey boards for your fun in the sun (all you need to do is bring the sunscreen)! We do prefer families and ask that the responsible person(s) are at least 25 years old. This adorable unit sleeps 7.
