Cottage was incredibly clean, great little spot that was extremely pet-friendly. Perfect proximity to Provincetown and Head of the Meadows beach. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cute tiny home experience while on the cape.

Beautiful and new cottages that had everything one needed. Very clean! Grounds perfect. Parking in front of each cottage. Each cottage had it's own deck with patio furniture. There was a fenced in area for dogs. Grills. Sitting areas. Superb! Can't wait to go back!

We really loved the property. The cottages are super cute and well maintained, they have everything you need in those tiny homes! The property is pet friendly and has a doggie park, our pup really liked it as well. It’s super close to P-town, and the national sea shore as well. The sister property has direct beach access, so we probably will stay at that location next time. Sadly the stove and WiFi did not work in our room and I think because it was a holiday weekend we didn’t get the staff to get back to us in timely manner to solve the issue, but we made the best of it. Definitely highly recommend!

Ok for the price. Pictures advertised are a bit exaggerated. Definitely small. Outdoor seating was nice but infested with bees. My biggest complaint is there is nothing close by at all. And if going on the off season it is hard to book an uber or lift and even on off season (may) the Ubers/Lift were over $20 for a 5 min ride to commercial street after a long wait and taking a chance of not even finding one. The bed was comfortable. The heat and air worked great. Nice little kitchen area. Shower/bathroom was very tight. But you get what you pay for. Really can’t beat the Price all in all.
