"It was actually half a condo, a very small space. The bed was very comfortable, but there was no comfortable seating. It would be nicer if the bunk beds were replaced with a comfortable futon or sleep sofa/ loveseat. Frank and Diane were both very nice and helpful. It’s listed as dog friendly but the villa is not very accommodating to dogs. The beach access for dogs was a narrow path between a row of bushes. Overall it was clean but the toilet could use a thorough scrubbing and it didn’t flush very well. The kitchen area is extremely small. The plates didn’t even fit in the tiny sink. "

"Larry’s Lazy Susan,This beach front house is in an excellent location. Just a few minutes in one direction to the Topsail Island stores and restaurants and a few minutes in the other direction to the Sneads Ferry stores and restaurants. This also makes it far enough away from the more crowded areas on the beach.Large windows take maximum advantage of the view on the beach side of the house and having an elevator is also a premium amenity.Every member of our group said they would enjoy staying there again."
