Room was not clean. Couch was so disgusting, we didnt use it. Front desk staff was rude and repeatedly questioned the fact that our dog is in fact a service dog. I finally told her to charge me a fee if thats what she wants to do, not argue the matter of me requiring a service animal. I would not recommend staying here.

Did not get the room I booked. It was booked with someone else. Payed more for what I got. Some rooms smelled bad and my room I was given was dirty (things not wiped cleaned). Geographical area is nice and room for decent price.

The rooms were large and spacious, the location near Mo’s and the beach was really nice. Breakfast was minimal and building was a bit dated. however, we would stay there again.

The staff was welcoming. The pluming needs work. Faucets in both rooms leaked and the bathroom fan stayed on until 9 pm when it automatically went off. Could use vacuuming around the door to the bathroom and behind the toilet. The rest of the rooms were fine. Would stay there again.

The room was very clean, but the amenities could be more luxurious such as a more comfortable bed, thicker comforter, fluffier pillows, thicker towels. The bed was a little too firm for my partner. The bee hive themed sheets were cute. Other than that everything was perfect.

The room was dirty, not vacuumed, broken furniture (trim was broken from the dresser so you couldn't use one of the drawers). Spilled water on the floor and placed a towel down to dry it and it came up yellow.

Didn't have breakfast but had a balcony and was pretty decent. The room wasn't ready when we checked it, saw how dirty it wss before we got the room and it was disgusting. Took an hour after checking in before we could actually go into our room. Didn't get cleaned very good even waiting an hour. The people above us, didn't care anyone was under them due to they were stopping like cows all morning long.

Front desk lady is unwelcoming, previous stay she was rude/annoyed with us having to show us how to use the tub (she could have just told us, it was just fill half way to the jetts and then start it). Because it was the same gal as last time, i avoided the front desk when the carpet in the room was damp in front of the tv and it wasnt the same suite as pictured or described in the booking (which was the room we previously had). The kicker for me was at 1045am while we are packing we get a call to the room but a guy asking if we were gonna stay another night or check out at 11. Maybe it was their way of trying to get us to stay longer but the way it was worded seemed more like "why are you not gone yet?" I can forgive the rooms being run down, because the jetted tub is clean, the bed is clean and smells fresh, and the view amazing. I turned the heat way up and that dried the carpet. The mistake on the type of room, whatever, its one night and I didn't want to talk to staff again. All those things though with staff that makes you feel unwanted, makes me not want to return and ive already told two loved ones to pass it up.
