The hotel had wear and tear, the staff were great and very kind people. The hotels look is older and would look better with a modern look! I heard about a update coming very excited for that! My wife and I plan to stay every year now.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The view, spectacular. The carpet was filthy. The window had smears and the outside of fridge and microwave should have been wiped down. The bathroom was clean and the beds were clean.

It's an older hotel, but well maintained; and to get a hotel right on the ocean for the price we paid, this was a great stop. The rooms were clean, and the pool was fun. Really liked the hot tub also!

Liked the property. Pretty area our room view was great. Only thing was nobody ever came to clean our room or give any fresh towels. New had to go ask when we needed them. I wasn’t expecting every day but maybe every other. Parking was not good and had to try to maneuver through especially where pop machine was if a truck parked there.

I was super happy to have my first guest experience in Lincoln city with this property. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and when I walked into my room, they not only passed the black light test, but exceeded it. I’m not kidding. This room was so clean. I literally could have eaten off the floor. And it wasn’t even the nicest room they had.

Improper listing

I'm disappointed with the room for the simple reason that I ordered and expected to have a king sweet type accommodation which included according to the listing a Courtyard or grass area behind the unit which beachfront access it turns out the building is a 4 plex which of course only allows the 2 bottom floors to have the yard or the Courtyard option. It never told me to select 123 or 4 between 4 different units when I made the reservation so the entire time I'm thinking I have a yard and I have a Courtyard to do what I had planned. This was a get away from my birthday weekend and it completely changed the circumstances and the criteria of the weekend without having a yard to be able to do anything with friends or family. I specifically made the reservation because it had a yard....
