The hot tub was an off color, it seemed like it wasn't algae, but it wasn't normal. The jets weren't working at all. The pool was a nice temperature. The water station on the first floor was absolutely disgusting and produced nasty, cloudy water. Lastly, the halls and stairwells smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke that lingered with no one around. It seemed like it permanently smelled. They really enforce their check in times, so don't even think about being early. 4 is late for check in and to be finishing rooms right before.

We stayed here for the celebration of life of my sister. The flowers for the memorial were mistakenly delivered hours before our check in. But the staff kept them in safe keeping until we arrived. Even brought them up to our room.
