The property has a nice view of the Astoria bridge, but is run down on the exterior. On the interior, the carpet had many stains, the internet for television kept freezing, and our room was full of flies. The check-in process was 1/2 hour, as there was only 1 person handling the long line of arrivals.

It was mis represented online. Dirty, old, The staff on days was rude. The rooms smelled of pinesol to keep the animal smell down. Couldnt breath in there. The beds were old, uncomfortable, and wrinkled. The furniture was old and filthy. The outside of the building looked like it should be co demned. Horrible experience. They moved us to another room and it was the same. The amount of money they charged it should haat least been clean. No elevator, the toliets were so lowe you had to use a grab bar to get up and down. Should be chair height.

This hotel, while located right on the pier, was very outdated. Scratched and dirty wallpaper, water damage in the bathroom, no air-conditioning, and just overall a little behind the times. That said, the beds were comfortable and the room was relatively quiet.

Front desk girl was new and didn’t give us a yellow card for our car or tell us we couldn’t park in spots other than right next to the building. Fortunately we weren’t ticketed or towed, but the morning desk lady gave us a card so we could park there for an hour after we checked out. Fun watching a heron and ships from the deck off our room. Toilet was slow to flush and flies were in the room, but they were swarming outside so my guess is they come in when the door is opened. Loved the shower head jets in the bathroom. The location is great. The place is dated and could use updating but rooms were clean and morning desk especially was friendly and helpful.

When we showed up, the property looked to be in poor condition and was very dirty. We recognize that we showed up about 75 minutes earlier than the 4 pm check-in time. However, the hotel was very understaffed and in such a dirty-poor condition that we decided that it would be the better option to eat the cost of the booked two-night stay, and find more suitable lodging elsewhere. somewhere else.

The door lock to our unit would not open. On the lock, in sharpie was written lift the lock. Got a different room and it also had written in sharpie "lift the lock". The staff warned me on the first unit that it could be difficult. Way under staffed at check in time.

This is tough one. The young lady that checked us in needs a bit of work. She is bit edgy. Instead of getting mad I get them to soften up. Not everyone will do that. As to the rooms they were old but clean and the bed was nice. But outside. We were next to a fish processing company and if the wind is right it comes right in your room. No good.

Help the floor is moving

Lighting bad in bathroom. Poor channel selection on TV. Bathroom floor vibrates because of dryer below. Arrived for breakfast at 8:45, no milk or eggs. No one in the kitchen to help.
