The staff was great as was the view. The room... well the bed was stains under the sheets that i could see, the future was worn the lights in the bathroom were burnt out, the floor was dirty, someone contact was dried to the bathroom floor, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a diesel generator and the water to the toilet keep making the pipes litterly roar to life. Should have probably asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else.

Exterior of building is deteriorating and mossy, roofs do not look good. Got a call before the stay saying they lost power, the card reader is broken, and we could have a refund. We finally found the place, looked at the exterior and immediately took the refund. I feel this property has been falsely advertised. It’s right on the harbor with nice view, and we were told by another property that it will be renovated then it might be ok.

Starting off with the room key system not working and having to wait over 20min for someone to unlock your door, fireplace, outlets did not work nor were they fixed after asking. Carpets were disgusting as in bring house shoes do not walk barefoot. Bed was broke could not roll over without sounding and feeling like it was about to collapse. Front desk girls were anything but friendly and no one attends to room. Best perk is location and heated bathroom.
