Cherry Grove house for rent, 1.5 blocks (13 houses) from the beach. This house has all you need for a relaxing stay at the beautiful, laid back, Cherry Grove Beach, just north of Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. House includes a Smart LED flat screen TV in the living area and additional wall mounted, Smart LED flat screen TVs in all 4 bedrooms. House equipped with WiFi.

Covered back porch with 4 rockers, overlooks dock and channel. 1 bedroom w/ king size bed, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed & 1 single bed, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 bunk sets. Sheets and bath towels provided, however, guests with larger groups are encouraged to bring your own linens due to the time involved in laundering our linens before check out. Washer & Dryer in the convenient upstairs laundry room. Wood and vinyl floors throughout. Paved driveway. Outdoor amenities include outdoor grill and picnic table, and a great sun deck and floating dock for fishing, crabbing, sunbathing, or just hanging out. The paved area under the house is a cool, breezy place to enjoy the channel views in a swing. Stationary and floating dock. Bring the boat! Easy walk to beach-2 minutes. Public beach walkway at the end of this street. Quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants, shopping, golf, and attractions.

June thru August rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY only due to the schedule of the professional cleaning company we use. Other times of the year are 3 night minimum bookings. Long term monthly Fall / Winter rentals also available, please contact us for pricing!

Great vacay Home

This home is beautiful, rockers on the porch overlooking the inlet where there is always a breeze. A very short walk to the gorgeous beach and ocean. I do didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to stay again.

Family Vacation

Check in process was easy. House was clean and very well stocked of items needed for our stay. Very short walk to the beach with a public beach access at the end of the street. The owners were very quick to respond when I notified them of something that needed to be fixed. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This place was the perfect fit for my family and I during the Thanksgiving break.

Easy rental and excellent experience. Totally pleased during Thanksgiving..the kitchen had all the appliances to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Neighbors were friendly and close to everything the family and I wanted to do..beach, golf bowling and great food..”The Shack” is a must try restaurant.

We love this house!

This was our second stay at this wonderful home and we had so much fun making memories here again! Fishing behind the house (we caught our first flounder) swinging in the shade, cooking our with family, a short walk to the lovely beach. Everything a family vacation should be! Comfy Home away from home, beautiful views.

Great comfortable and spacious vacation home away from home with fantastic views from the deck, backyard, and dock of the inlet. Nice neighborhood area, convenient to the beach front and shopping venues. Well kept home that allows easy transition to a relaxing vacation mode. Very communicative and easy to work with owners. Wonderful experience overall and I highly suggest this as a good vacation location for family and friends.

Wonderful

The house and location was great. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Very close to the beach. Enjoyed fishing from the pier and relaxing in the rocking chairs on the back deck. We had 4 adults and 2 children so the 4 bedrooms worked out great. We also used the gas grill several nights to enjoy preparing our food at the house. Wonderful vacation!

Very clean and comfortable home in good location

We came down for a week of golf and this home was a great place to establish a home base. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The dock was a nice place to relax after golf and enjoy being on the water. The bathrooms were a little small and having to wash the linens and towels before we leave with a 10 am check out time was not the best as the dryer didn't work very well (we ended up leaving the towels in the dryer because they were not dry). We would definitely stay here again when we come down in future years.

Great stay!

We had a relaxing, quiet time at Trading Spaces...loved the dead end street on the canal and very close proximity to the beach. We rented a golf cart for the days we were there and actually spent most of our time playing in the tide pools as far north as you can go. Cherry Grove beaches are the way to go if you’re looking for a clean, family oriented vacation. The house is a little rough around the edges in spots but everything was super clean. It served us well with our 3 kids and 2 dogs! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy! My boys loved fishing off the pier, didn’t catch any fish but plenty of crabs and lizards. It was actually really nice to get away from the wind of the ocean most days. I have zero complaints about this property 🙂

Nice well maintained home.

Pros: Able to take our dog. Nice home - well maintained. Close to beach Cons: checkout time 10am. We had to wash, dry, fold all linens and towels prior to check out time. This was made clear in the “house rules” on display in the home as well in the phone call from the owner a few days prior to my family checking in. With check out time being 10am with multiple loads of laundry to do, we decided to leave the night before our scheduled check out date - just so we could get the laundry requirements done! Also, the dryer needs to be updated. It took 2+ hours to dry sheets. We were also expected to do all dishes ( we didn’t use any) as well as clear all trash (understandable) and place the trash container “at the road with the wheels facing the house”. It was cold, windy and rainy on a couple of days of our stay. The thermostat (heat)in the house is set to stay at 58 degrees. You can adjust it for a short period of time, but it will return to 58 after a couple of hours. It’s a nice, well maintained home, but it comes with a lot of rules and requirements.

Overall, a great and relaxing experience for the family. The house was great with a great location. We were able to enjoy the beach with a short walk and do a little fishing in the channel. House gave us a warm and relaxing feel. Check-in was an easy process as our host was easy to contact before the trip and answered questions quickly. Truly a wonderful beach trip!

Family Time

It was a great experience. Wish it were a little closer to the Cherry Grove Pier. No complaints. I would suggest renting a golf cart if you stay here. Great experience wonderful owners.

Great location and beautiful view.

Beach access was very easy with a short walk to the beach. We rented a golf and could ride the neighborhood enjoying all the wonderful views. I spent a lot of time on the channel deck fishing with the grandkids, didn't catch much but they had a ball. I also enjoyed setting in the swings catching the afternoon breeze. The cottage was plenty big for our group and well furnished. Thanks for sharing it with us.

AMAZING

This was the most perfect vacation spot. The view of the channel is incredible and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the back porch in the rockers and just enjoying the scenery and the breeze. The swing below the house was also awesome. We were even able to use the canoe a few times and loved going into the channel exploring the marsh area. You have to do this at sunset to see the amazing view. The house had everything we needed and we can't wait to go back.
