Located in the quiet, private, and gated Intracoastal Waterway community called Waterway Landing (North Myrtle Beach).

This ground floor (no stairs to climb and parking just outside the unit) 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit provides close proximity to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer, yet away from the crowds and noise when you're ready to retire for the evening. The beach is a short 1.5 mile walk or drive with public beach access. Waterway Landing offers two seasonal pools and one hot tub, in addition to 5 community docks on the intracoastal waterway (1 block from the condo). Enjoy a day of fishing (license required), kayaking (bring your own), or just relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying nature's spectacular scenery, sunrises and sunsets!! For those who enjoy the annual North Myrtle Beach Christmas Boat Parade, this is the perfect spot to grab "front-row" seating!! Your stay is close to shopping, dining and 5-star entertainment. All just minutes away.

Unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a master bedroom featuring a memory foam, Sleep Number queen mattress for optimum rest and smart TV with Roku. Great condo

We had a nice relaxing stay at this condo. With a short walk to the ICW we were able to pack up our dinner each night and eat at one of the picnic tables along the waterway and watch the sunset. For this reason alone I would return in a heartbeat!

For the price this place was extremely nice. Good size condo with everything you could need. Kind of a hassle to go and pick up the gate key but we figured it out and it was fine. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and I loved that I could walk right down to the waterway and fish while my partner stayed inside. It was so hot and the AC worked great and kept us cool while the heat index outside was 110! The host is super nice and was always a text/call away if we needed anything. We plan on going to Myrtle beach every 6 months and we will definitely be using this host again.

In the heart of it all

The complex itself is beautiful, with 2 pools and fenced in area.... This unit itself was small but clean... The fact that the neighbors were loud late at night didn't impress us... We could hear them walking above us at all hours of the night. If you're looking for privacy or seclusion, this might not be the right place... The pools were clean, but more directed towards family and kids. Shops and places to eat are abundant and the ocean is about 1 mile away, which you'll have to pay $4.00 an hour for public parking. Overall, this is a good place to stay, but if we had to do it all over again we would've stayed on the Ocean.

Not at all on the water

No cable in the bedroom no internet. Keys and access 2 towns away from the rental property. Return of keys and gate key also two towns away from property. No place to hang anything. A chest of drawers in the only closet. There is a leaking shower in the bathroom shower.

Best Vacation

At first I was uneasy with the check in process. When we looked in the lock key box it out name wasn't on any of the envelopes. We called the property manager and she picked up right away. She was prompt with resolving the issue. She found that whoever put the envelope in the box, put her last name on it instead of ours. When we got there we pulled up to the condo and the door was locked and didn't have a key pad. It was actually the back door and not the front. The property manager was prompt to pick up the phone and was so helpful, respectful, and pleasant. The condo was perfect. Exactly what was pictured and clean. Our condo was by the smaller pool and it was easy access for our children to go to. The whole property was clean and quite. The bed was a sleep number bed and so comfortable. Our condo was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Our family will definitely return. Thank you for making our stay and vacation amazing!!!!
