Very clean which is very important to us. The queen size bed was a little small for us but the sheets were amazingly soft. Bathroom is a little small but with organization it's all you really need. Unfortunately we came on bikers weekend so it was a bit lound (as would be expected). It was mostly pretty quiet and the balcony is wonderful, great views. We had a wonderful stay walking to the beach is optimal.
