This premier Baywatch Penthouse places you directly above the shoreline with panoramic ocean views from sunrise to sunset. Thoughtfully upgraded throughout, the space blends luxury with the easy charm of coastal living. Guests enjoy brand‑new granite countertops, updated living and dining furniture, fresh curtains, new beds, and a rare convenience in Baywatch condos — a private washer and dryer installed in 2023.

Additional enhancements elevate every stay: larger HDTVs, hardwood floors, plush bedding, a newer HVAC system, fresh paint, new cookware, and four queen beds (two in each bedroom). The Penthouse comfortably hosts up to eight guests, with a maximum of six adults.

The layout features two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite includes an ensuite bath and sliding glass doors that open to a breathtaking oceanfront balcony — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Guests also enjoy three HDTVs with extensive channel options, complimentary local and long‑distance calling, high‑speed Wi-Fi, and a full suite of modern amenities.

Beach Access & Mobility Notes
The direct stairs from the pool deck lead into deep natural sand and are not wheelchair accessible.

For guests using mobility devices, an ADA‑compliant public beach access is located immediately next door.

Because the beach sand is deep, standard wheelchairs cannot travel beyond the end of the public ramp. The City of North Myrtle Beach offers balloon‑tired beach wheelchairs free of charge, first‑come, first‑served. Guests may coordinate reservations and delivery through NMB Beach Services at (843) 280‑5684.

The condo itself was very clean and spacious.The Bay Watch was unsafe. Multiple fights at night downstairs in the pool area from people that weren’t staying there. I loved your condo, but the Bay Watch itself needs to be more secure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's condo. The kitchen is nicely stocked, there are plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable. Baywatch is a great location with lots of pools for the kids and right on the beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic vacation

Our week stay at this property was fantastic. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything that was listed. The view was beautiful!! The owner made sure we had all the instructions needed for check-in, including a brief video on how to use the door lock. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Myrtle Beacj!
