The corner location provides extra natural light and sweeping ocean views, best enjoyed from the oceanfront screened porch. Inside, the condo features a comfortable coastal layout with granite countertops, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD player, and central heating and air. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bedroom, two bedrooms with single beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Guests enjoy access to the oceanfront swimming pool, sundeck, beach shower, picnic and charcoal grill area, all just steps from the sand. Covered parking is provided for up to two vehicles. This is a non-smoking property with no pets, house parties, motorcycles, or trailers permitted.
