Shoreham Towers II is one of the most exclusive, unique oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach. Few homeowners rent, so the beachfront is not crowded like at the large resorts. Our 1650 square foot corner unit features ceiling-to-floor, wrap-around windows and balconies off every room. The views up and down the coastline are spectacular!

We take great care and pleasure in maintaining and updating our five homes - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) and Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

We do not use an agency. Cleanliness is a top priority. Owner, Margaret Williams, would like to speak with all first time renters after the unit is booked and VRBO provides personal information.

This unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts and amenities of home. Furniture is kept in good condition, mattresses are top-quality, and cleanliness is absolutely essential! We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, queen in third.

Home has four televisions, DVD, and Wi-Fi high speed internet access. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby. Garbage chutes are on every floor. Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Also on beach level is a private storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys (supply can change due to the elements).

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We are a NON-SMOKING condominium, and this policy applies to the balcony area as well. No pets, no motorcycles allowed on property. Only adults over 25 and families. A Ring camera is installed at the front door. There are no cameras in the unit.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view. It was in the perfect location with shops and restaurants nearby but not too close to the super "touristy" attractions and crowds. Owner was very easy to contact and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Availability and use of beach equipment was great too. Great distance to Grand Strand Sports Complex, which was ideal.

Wow, we had a great time. Fantastic condo, 8th floor, corner unit. Beautiful beach views from the main room, master bedroom and balcony. Our trip had everything we wanted a literal stone's throw from the beach with a lovely pool area if you want a change from salt water. The condo itself is an excellent living space, really spacious and comfy. We read books, did puzzles, swam in the pool and the ocean, walked on the beach every day, watched the sun rise and set, coffee on the balcony in the morning - just divine. Lots of things to do in the area too, good shopping and restaurants, minigolf, plus lots of real golf if that's your thing. Margaret was a very attentive host, and was clearly dedicated to making sure we had a good stay. Only had one issue (which turned out to be a non-issue) but she jumped right on it. We loved this place and definitely want to come back soon.

This condo was the best VRBO experience ever!! Our party consisted of 3 cousins 70 and over and we can be quite critical. Lol The condo truly felt like a home without any of the usual even minor wear and tear of a rental property. IMMACULATE! Attention to detail was obvious & the needs of guests had been well-thought out. Beautiful interior decor and stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen was well-appointed & made our two evenings of dining in a breeze. You won’t find a better property . . . my group definitely hope to return on our next trip to North Myrtle Beach.

Outstanding in every way! My family enjoyed a lovely week-long stay at this property, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The unit was clean, comfortable, and extremely well-appointed. Margaret is a wonderful host, very kind, polite, and communicative. She ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. The building and grounds were also clean and well-kept. The location was fantastic with direct and easy access to the beach, as well as shopping, entertainment, dining, and golf. We were truly on vacation from the moment we walked through the front door. We spent much time on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous ocean view and watching the dolphins and pelicans. It was a truly wonderful and relaxing family vacation. I highly recommend this unit, or any one of Margaret's properties!

This unit has a great view and is very clean. It has everything you would need in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large family and having a sectional sofa was a plus for our large family since many condo only have a standard couch and there is never enough seating. Not the case with this one. I have stayed at several of Margaret Williams location and not one has ever disappointed in any way. Would diffinetly book again.

The condo was beautiful. We really enjoyed the balcony. Spent all the time out there. Only recommendation we would like to suggest is a new mattress in main bedroom and the other spare bedroom. We just aren't fans of memory foam. Other then that we had a wonderful time.
