This four-bedroom condo features a sophisticated design palette, large oceanfront balcony and plenty of upgrades. The bright and airy living room has neutral couches, a flatscreen tv, beautiful red accent chair and a large sliding glass door that leads to your balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and barstool seating and overlooks the large dining table. There are two king suites – one of which has a second entrance to the balcony – and two more bedrooms with two queen-sized beds. Each of the four full bathrooms has granite countertops. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

The pool, lazy river and access to the beach were great. The downsides were, the pool closed early a lot of days and they locked the gates, so if you went on an evening walk you were not able to clean the sand off your feet or shoes and you have to walk into your room with all of that on you. It did not matter what time of day it was, there was always a line for the elevators. That was probably because there is no public bathrooms, which meant everybody had to go back to their rooms in order to use a restroom. We were only allowed a couple parking passes and we had 4 vehicles. We also noticed that 25% of the parking garage was always empty and there were never more than 5 vehicles parked on the top. My family had to walk a couple streets over to get to our vehicles.

Family and Friends Vacation

Checkin process - We reached after hours and couldn't locate which building to go to, where to collect the keys and parking. Once we called the property manager and located the pick up box, parking passes were missing. We were supposed to get a text with all these details but never got one Location - It was very noisy. Not ideal for a family Unit - The unit was dated - old furniture, old carpet, old appliances dishwasher and dryer wouldn't work properly on days 3 and 4 of our stay. On the positive side, the views were amazing Property - Beach, Pool and the hot tub were the places we spent most of our time and they were good Checkout - we dropped off the apartment keys at the office, however the instructions on check out packet were wrong - they asked us to drop off pool passes, parking tkts but that is not needed (they are all throwaway paper passes). they need to update their documents/ policies Given a choice, we probably wouldn't stay here again!

Great place but.......

The property is good except for check in, lights in one bedroom didn’t work and master bedroom shower needed to have a deep cleaning with baseboards outside shower replaced. Check in was awful....it took over and hour to secure a cart and stand in line for the elevator. The information about the condo stated that check in was 3 o’clock. We got a message saying our condo was ready at 1245 but we were not there yet! The lamps in bedroom with two beds didn’t work., thus making it a dark room. The master bedroom shower had black mold and grim around parts of the bottom edge of the shower. Baseboards outside of the shower had grim and rot on them. The cost of the condo rental exceeds the value.
