Beautiful end unit townhome located in Egret Run within prestigious Barefoot Resort. The Presidio floor plan offers 2000 heated square feet. The kitchen has beautiful 42" Cherry cabinets and granite countertops, and there is also a breakfast nook. The dining and living areas are very bright as an end unit. Off the living room is a sunroom to enjoy. Just off the sunroom is a patio where you can grill and entertain your guests. The master suite is on the ground floor, and the bath has double sinks and a shower. Upstairs are the other bedrooms. One of them is another suite with its owner's bathroom. A large attic space with access from the upstairs suite was converted into a kid's bunk room. From Memorial Day to the end of October, a shuttle runs through the resort, taking you to the Beach or Barefoot Landing for entertainment, shopping, and dining. All golfers in the community have access to four Barefoot Resort community golf courses (public fee applies). There is also a marina where jet skis, pontoon boats, and boat slips can be rented. No other resort offers so much!
