Avista Resort is located 3 blocks from Main Street in the Ocean Drive Beach

section of North Myrtle Beach. Some of the spectacular on-site amenities

include oceanfront pools, lazy river, Hot Tub, kiddie pool, tiki hut, and

picnic area. Indoor pool, lazy river, and whirlpool. Gym, restaurant, and bar.

This 1 bedroom / 1 Bath oceanfront condo comes with 1 parking pass and

features a fully equipped kitchen, DW, flat screen TVs in living room and

bedroom, internet access, and an Oceanfront Balcony with access from the

Living Room. New, upgraded, GE, stacked washer and dryer, April, 2023. No

whirlpool in the master bathtub. Easy walking distance to Main Street with its

shops, restaurants, and shag clubs. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf,

amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close driving distance to

Avista Resort. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of

25. Property Manager, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even

if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed.

Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied

entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and

reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly

Rentals Only. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of

entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, over-sized

vehicles, or RV's allowed. One parking pass is allowed per one bedroom

condominium at Avista. A second car may be parked (with a McMillan business

card on the dashboard) behind Property Manager, Inc. office three blocks from

Avista.
