New Listing! We want to welcome you to the never rented Long Summer! This home is large and it is perfect for a family gathering to make a lifetime worth of memories. Long Summer is located on the channel in the highly desired section of Cherry Grove Beach. The views from our back porch are second to none, this view is the show stopper for your vacation. 6 bedrooms 5 bath makes having a large family gathering perfect under one roof! Fully updated but mixed in to the updates are the old world charm of a classical Cherry Grove beach home. We can not wait to have you stay with us!
Entering in the home you will notice the design features that flow seamlessly with new world furnishings yet has that old school feel.
Our home has 2 levels with the top level where the kitchen and dinning area are, with enough room to sit 12 comfortably and eat.
The backyard area of this home has 2 levels to sit and watch the sunset. We can not think of a better place for your whole group to gather and enjoy the summer breeze.
Relax in the hammock on the downstairs back porch while you take in the afternoon cocktail!
We are just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, or a quick 2 minute golf cart ride.
Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts are welcomed!
Pet Friendly... so please bring your fur family members are well, just reminder we have a $75 pet fee per pet up to 2 pets.
3 bedrooms on the first level along with the a separate living room and washer and dryer.. on the top floor we have another living room area along with the full kitchen with everything needed to prepare any meal you may choose! 3 bedrooms located on the top floor as well.
All linens are provided, beds freshly made upon your arrival, we just do not provide beach towels so keep that in mind!

First time
Check in was very easy, communication with management for any concerns were meant. Our rental was clean and beautiful and the convenience of the beach was awesome! Only negative was the hammock on the deck was torn so we could not use The hot tub was perfect and our family really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Location
We loved our stay here! Being next to the preserve was beautiful. The blue herons and egrets fishing along the waters were fun to watch. The location is very peaceful. The outdoor areas are lovely and loved sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. Short 5 minute walk to the beach made this location all the better.
We give the house 5 stars but the property management company was lacking. When we arrived there were a handful of things not working. They sent very good maintenance people out immediately the first two days but after that we were ignored. The internet went out multiple times a day which meant the TV's didn't work.
It's challenging to say these negative remarks because the rest of our stay was lovely.

Fun stay in Cherry Grove
We had an enjoyable stay in Cherry Grove. The area is quiet and pretty. The house had everything we needed, and was comfortable. I would stay here again.
