THE SPACE

Start your mornings on one of two oceanfront decks with coffee and sunrise views.

Spend your days floating between the private pool and the beach across the street—rinse off in the outdoor shower, grab the wagon and beach gear, and repeat as many times as you want.

As evening rolls in, fire up the BBQ, gather around the outdoor dining table, and watch the sky turn pink and gold over the Atlantic.

Inside, the open-concept main floor connects kitchen, dining, and living spaces so no one's left out of the action.

The chef's kitchen has generous counter space and modern appliances to handle big-group breakfasts and seafood feasts. For coffee enthusiasts we have a Keurig Duo that brews both pod and carafe.

The dining area seats everyone comfortably, and the living room invites you to sink into plush seating with ocean views and a 75" Smart TV for movie nights or streaming the big game. Also a great work space when you need it.

The game room keeps the fun going with air hockey, foosball, and arcade favorites like Golden Tee Golf, NBA Jam, and Pac-Man. Rainy day? Teens getting restless? Problem solved.

Outside, cornhole under the house adds another layer of entertainment for casual competition and good times.

POOL HEATING

Want to swim even when it's cooler outside? Pool heating is available for $85/day and typically maintains a comfortable 80–85°F depending on weather. Just let us know after booking and we'll have it ready for your arrival.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including the decks, pool, and all listed amenities. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and seamless self-check-in with our secure smart lock system. Your beachside retreat is all yours to enjoy.
