Welcome to Pines Court Retreat, your spacious coastal escape just 5 minutes from the sandy shores of Myrtle Beach. This two-level home blends a chic, refreshing style with comfort and functionality, making it the perfect spot for families or groups seeking both relaxation and convenience.

This home is located in a strict, quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are particularly strict about noise. Please only book this house if you are a family looking for a peaceful beach stay. The guest booking the home is required to be 25 years of age or older and staying at the property.

Minimum age requirement: The guest must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent the property.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, there is an optional damage waiver.

The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
This is not a party house.
Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
