A lot of sketchy looking people there, some grilling right outside the door so you couldn't exit. Elevator out of order and we were on tbe 3 dloor. Door to room was broken.

Convenient location. Only an Arbys nearby for food. Quick check-in. Room was clean. No phone in room. More than adequate for an overnight stay while driving thru. U Quiet, well lit at nite. Breakfast was usual motel free food: eggs, biscuits gravy, waffles etc.

In the past this was the hotel of choice when we drove through North Liberty, over the years the hotel has become run down and old. They don't keep up the property, the rooms are dirty and of course the hot tub closed.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. We like to stay here because of its location. The price is usually reasonable too. One downside is their fitness center needs some attention. Machines were broken and no free weights.

The room had a lot of ladybugs and there were visible cob webs at the top of the ceiling. The clerk was very nice and I love that the pool area is warm. The rooms could use some updating.
