Just a short walk to the private part of Old Silver Beach. 3 small bedrooms with living room, kitchen, bathroom, an outdoor shower (great for when you get back from the beach!) and grilling area. Old Silver Beach village is located next to the Sea Crest Beach Hotel. Great location, comfortable accommodations, privacy and most importantly walking access to the beach. September is usually the best month on the Cape. Downtown Falmouth and Mashpee Commons offer wonderful restaurants, shopping and activities. This is a great place and time to catch up on reading and relaxation! Book your week now!

The rental is beautiful and has access to a private community beach. All of the Old Silver beaches are great but this is significantly less crowded. A nice man (Bob) clears everyone entering and watches over the properties. Everything is very safe.The property is a Cape Cod summer house in good condition. Everything on the listing us accurate but the listing is totally complete. There aren't extra rooms for inflatable mattresses or sleeping bags, so don't try to go over the listing's occupancy limit.The owner was great and very easy to deal with. I rented at the last minute and was extremely happy. Strong recommendation!

This house is located about a dozen houses away from the beach. It's a perfect walk.Old Silver Beach is a wonder beach for families and close to so many drivable restaurants and shops. The owner of this home is a delight to work with. Highly recommend. Flexible owner. We will be back :)
