The check in to the hotel was fantastic. The room directly across from us had a large dog barking non-stop, all day. The front desk stated that they had received complaints regarding the barking, but could not reach the occupants of the room. We tried to last it out, but I had two small toddlers who needed to nap, so they quickly changed us to another floor. The entirety of our trip, the pool was closed for maintenance. I booked this hotel alone for the fact that they had an indoor pool, and we were unable to use it.

The room was in good condition, but the walls were missing insulation. The people staying in the adjoining room felt like they were in the room with us. The hallways in our corridor were dirty, and seemed like it wasn’t vacuumed for a while. Most of the staff were friendly, except the gentleman at the check in. Just seemed like we put him out by checking in. We like the location.

This is a nice updated property with great rooms and excellent location to many activities. However, the staff are not well trained and not service orientated. For example, the service is slow, they are unprofessional (often having their own conversations and making guests wait to be served) and have also had some odd encounters (the front desk associate, Nancy, seemed to be dismissive and unhelpful when we asked for simple amenities like shower caps and a bottle opener). At over $300 per night, we expected better service and amenities.

Hotel is pretty new and well maintained. Food was ok. I wish rooms were a little quieter you can hear everything so definitely bring a sound machine for sleep.

We really liked this hotel! We visit town often and it was our first time staying here! Only a couple small suggestions: small microwave in the room & the TV was confusing to use. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! The gym has nice equipment and wasn’t too busy. Will definitely stay again

The room was extremely clean. I bring clorox cloths with me to clean when we enter the room and the cloths were completely clean. Our in room phone did not work at all. When we went to the front desk they said they were aware of the phone problem and that even if the phone worked if you dialed a room it would probably go to another room. We had to go to the front desk both nights we were there due to the guests in the room above us sounded like buffalos walking back and forth. The first night we actually had to go down at 12:30am and the second night we just about left at 10PM because they were so bad. Sounded like they were jumping off the bed on to the floor. The door shut very loudly so even if you are down the hall you can hear them shut at all hours of the night. This is a pet friendly hotel. Someone down the hall left their dog during the day and it howled and barked for 3 hours. If you have allergies I would check to see if they have rooms that have never had animals in them. The beds are extremely hard but the linens and pillows were wonderful. Had to sleep with extra pillows under my hips and back so if you have any kind of joint or muscle problems rethink this one. The staff was very accommodating. We had to leave one day early due to an ice storm coming in the day we were supposed to leave making our trip back home hazardous. The front desk would have given us a refund for both the rooms I had but because we went through Orbitz they couldn't do a thing for me.
