Great hotel and great staff. Very clean & smelled good. Modern decor and the staff were so helpful. I would def stay here again. The restaurant was 10/10 too. Shoutout to our waitress Lexi!!!!!!!! She was amazing and sooooooo great with my daughter.

New IHG property in Conway NH was wonderful. Front desk Jordan is a gem! We stayed with our dog and the room was perfect i.e. not near a stairwell or elevator so traffic was minimal. Very clean room and public areas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is beautiful and feels brand new. The restaurant had great drinks and amazing views, which made for a wonderful experience. The only area that could use some improvement was the cleanliness of one of our bathrooms and the floors, which needed a bit more attention. I really appreciated that slippers were provided. Adding robes would be a nice touch and would complement the slippers nicely, making the stay feel even more luxurious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a very new, well thought out hotel. The pool and fitness room were well appointed. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast, and even a better view. This is all located within minutes to the ski areas or downtown North Conway.
