Our first time in Kure Beach, NC. First time at Admirals Quarters. We arrived right before 10p.m.( I left a previous review and wanted to update that specific review, however I am having a really hard locating where I actually left it. So this is my update.) The staff waited on us, kept in communication while we traveled 4hrs down on a Friday after work to receive the keys. Very accommodating. Took care of our sleep issue, and relocated us to the We loved how close it was to Carolina Beach, loved the Vendor set up at the lake. We loved how we could walk to food, a couple of shops, pier, beach, and not worry about driving. The room was clean, however, we were only there for a weekend and even though the first floor is convenient due to no elevator, the third floor is not so bad, when you have someone pacing the floor all night

My ten year old son and I came to Kure Beach for a last minute before school trip. The room was a little bit dirty (hair in the shower and sand in the floor) but nothing I couldn't overlook. The beds were super comfy and it was perfect for just the two of us! We will definitely be back! :)

The service was rude, the check in experience was terrible. The property next door was ready to let me check in early and the room was ready at no extra charge...not true at Admirals Quarter. The staff was downright rude. I have been all over the world and no one asked me for money to check in an hour or two early. Especially with the rude service. Terrible And I'm sorry but Kure beach near the drain pipes that drain right on the sand on the beach where everyone is sitting is just gross. Who's idea was that horrible eye sore? massive drain pipes draining sewer water onto the beach....stay somewhere else.
