Got to property early after driving through the night and requested early check-in. Initially we were told there was no availability and was told to return at 4:00p with very little consideration of our circumstance. Front desk staff were polite and empathetic but manager was not initially. After about an hour we were called and offered the early check-in by Donna in Management. Appreciate the above and beyond service that we received.

This place was filthy you could not walk on the laminate floors without having your feet turn black hair all over the place gum stuck to the floor The water when it came out to make coffee was brown. At half the price it would have been way way too much
Had to put towels on the floor so your feet did not turn black or your socks did not get sticky stuff on them ridiculous

Get the whirlpool room.

Had a fridge and microwave. King bed was very nice, firm and comfortable. Breakfast was superior to most included buffets. Bacon was an option here. Loved it. Donna checked us in and was manning the breakfast buffet the following morning. Shes amazing.

Room was clean and we didn't have any issues with noise. Staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The only downside is the condition of the room. The shower had low to no water pressure and everything seems kind of run down, other then that it's really not a bad place to stay at all.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the surrounding rooms and outside. The shower faucet was difficult to turn on and water pressure wasn’t good because it came out both the shower head and the spigot.

The desk staff were able to move us into a ground floor room, which was great as climbing stairs with bags is one of our least favorite things to do. This was great. While the place is well maintained the location made us think that the adjoining strip mall was built after the hotel. Great to see charging stations in the parking lot.

Has two items I wish were different. First, at least one outlet should have had a USB port for charging. Second, a dining table with two chairs to allow a couple to eat together. However, I was in a handicap room and the real estate within may not have allowed this.
