The room appeared clean but upon further inspection, we found someone's sock and a piece from a toy under the bed. The first night we had no hot water, which was disappointing (3 people in the room and with one athlete who played hockey that evening). Our tub did not drain properly. The following day I pulled a huge length of hair and debris ( the length of my forearm) from the tub drain. The hot water issue was rectified by our second night stay. These issues left me upset and i will probably not return. No compensation was offered.

Clean rooms but we had very little cutlery, plates and bowls in our suite. For a suite that offered up to 6 people there were only three large plates and three bowls. Cutely had about 4 forks, 6 butter knives and 1 spoon. Definitely lacking in that area and we had to improvise as we brought a meal to make there. The coffee maker was also broken. Otherwise the rooms were excellent and the beds very comfy. Very much enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool but did complain about the water being cold.
