The service was excellent. Room very clean. The only thing I would say is was not sure what channels were available to watch on tv. They have list for channels avaiable so instead of me calling desk they could maybe put list beside tv. Other than that great place to stay. Also need better toaster a little bit slow. The lounge upstairs very cute. Only had a beer so cant speak on what food was like but service excellent and very friendly staff. I would recommend this place for the price and service.

Older property, but basic maintenance is lacking. Holes in the bathroom ceiling left after repairs, missing tiles, water damage on bathroom door, sink and shower surround area has mold. Friendly enough people in North Bay. Just stay somewhere else.

It’s a very old property, 1 lift too slow, musty or mildew smell in the corridors. In short, it’s not worth the charges that hotel charges. Worst stay ever

The windows did not have screens so I couldn’t keep my windows open for fresh air. There was a bad overall odour in my room and it was very inconvenient that I had to switch rooms at midnight my last day there because of a plumbing issue. The staff and workers were great as usual.

Rooms could be improved with very little effort. Paint on doors were chipped excessively, hallways were dim and had a terrible odour. Mattresses and box springs just thrown outside visible through hallway windows.
